"Superb"
The service at this hotel is particularly commendable. The front desk staff assisted me in resolving a variety of issues, such as not carrying enough cash, not having a local contact in Pakistan, and not knowing where to find quality bookstores, among others. The staff's attitude was exceptionally positive. I highly recommend staying at this hotel!

This was really value to money. And like some sort of 4 star hotels feelings. The staff was really nice that they even offered more then what was committed. Even they freely upgrade the room and full fill all of my requirements. I would like to stay again if I will come to Karachi.

I traveled twice to Karachi, once in August 2022 and second time in late July 2023. Last year, ar first I stayed in a famous old hotel , although the price was cheap but it was not clean so that I left it and went to a luxury one . This one was very good but not affordable for me. This year, since I wanted to be close to Emerald tower for picking up my visa, I chose Hotel Seven. For me it had the following good points: No credit card needed for reservation ( it is a big issue for some people like me). My room was clean, bright and spacious , even the bath was big. The rent was affordable. For a person like me who comes from a foreign country , the speed and quality of internet is very important, fortunately at Hotel Seven internet was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the person in charge of reception, Mr Ayaz. .

The staff was very polite and cooperative. Anything you need is arranged within minutes. The breakfast was really good and fresh every morning. The cleaning staff was good, we left valuables in the room regularly but nothing was ever found misplaced. Overall, it was great.

First of all, I should say my thanks to personal of hotel 7. They were so hospitable, friendly and help us so much. Our room was comfortable, big and really clean. I liked the breakfast and for first time I taste the milk-tea there. Every time in the morning they prepare breakfast for us. The place of this hotel was safe, beautiful and have a great access to different places. So, it was a pleasure experience for us.

Customer service was phenomenal, valued for money, they provided peace of mind. It's safe and sound, their breakfast is way good and addictive. Their rent of car was awesome. The driver provided was experienced and professional. The customer service was such as if I am overseas 24/7.

Thank you, Hotel Seven for the hospitality, for the cleanliness, for your help with taxis, SIM cards. The staff is very responsive, the rooms are lovely, took a room with a terrace. The room is clean, has everything you need. Very fast Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. Excellent home cooking! Especially thanks for the "meat with vegetables" :)) Really very kind people work, thank you!

Great hotel if you're staying in Karachi for business or leisure. Quite location, rooms were large and clean. Lovely terrace to relax on . Staff were excellent very helpful and friendly.
